Unfortunately, by the time a person starts seeking information about menopause, their moms either do not remember their experience well or have passed away.

MenoCapsule is a curated audio “time capsule” of lived experiences and advice from recently post-menopausal moms that busts the myths around the menopause transition and prepares young people for the experience well in advance.
